A system designed for the Gimoto suit The V-RACE RR system is designed to be installed in Gimoto suits prepared for airbags. The suit features an internal structure that positions the airbag between the outer skin and the inner lining. The airbag is housed in dedicated pockets and uses only the inner cushion.

Component integration and security In the V-RACE RR system, the main rigid elements—such as actuators, inflation canisters, and the electronic control unit are integrated into the suit's aerodynamic hump, away from the rider's body.

Furthermore, a Level 2 certified back protector with coccyx protection contributes to further increasing the safety level.

Electronic Technology The V-RACE RR system uses an advanced platform designed to quickly detect crash dynamics.

The inertial platform monitors the pilot's movements in real time, allowing the control unit to analyze acceleration, inclination and anomalous variations in movement.

Protection areas The V-RACE RR system generates a large protection area during airbag deployment. The cushion expands around the torso, stabilizing the upper body.

The protective zone involves the dorsal spine, clavicular and scapular-humeral region, anterior thorax with sternum, anterolateral rib cage, lateral regions of the trunk and iliac area up to the head of the femur.

The expansion in the shoulder area extends towards the helmet, helping to stabilize the cervical spine.

Thanks to the integrated WiFi module, the system automatically checks and installs software updates. The airbag can still function even without an app: simply turn it on and the system is immediately operational.

Charging and maintenance The system is designed to be recharged directly by the user, without the need for assistance. Replacing the inflation cartridge is easy from the hump of the suit in just a few minutes.

System lifespan To ensure correct operation, the system must be checked by an authorized center when one of the following conditions occurs:

• The system has suffered an impact or shows signs of wear
• The system has been activated 6 times
• 4 years have passed since first use
• the status LED remains red or purple even with the battery charged and the cylinders correctly connected
